摘 要:人才对于科技型企业的重要性众所周知,而兰州市民营科技企业由于薪酬福利方面的原因所造成的人才流失,特别是高层次人才及中青年骨干人才的流失问题时至今日依然普遍存在,这在很大程度上制约了兰州市民营科技企业的发展。从兰州市民营科技企业实际出发,在系统分析兰州市民营科技企业现状及特点的基础之上,全面梳理了兰州市民营科技企业在薪酬及福利两个领域中面临的问题,为兰州市民营科技企业解决人才流失问题奠定了基础。Talent for the importance of science and technology enterprises as is known to all,and a private technology enterprises in Lanzhou city because of the pay and benefits caused by the brain drain,especially high-level talent and young backbone personnel turnover is a problem until today is still widespread,which in a large extent restricts the development of private technology enterprises in Lanzhou city.
