摘　　要：随着中国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育急速推进,全国各地高校英语专业毕业生逐年增加,就业形势也日趋严峻。不断增大的就业压力给各高校英语专业毕业生带来新的挑战,英语专业毕业生就业率不容乐观。通过对某高校2013、2014、2015届英语专业毕业生的就业情况进行调查,剖析当今应用型本科院校英语毕业生就业难的原因并提出对策。Abstract： With China rapid advancement of higher education from elite education to mass education, English major graduates of colleges have increased year by year, the employment situation has become increasingly grim, which brings new challenges to English major graduates, the employment rate is not optimistic. By investigating the employment situation of English major graduates of 2013, 2014 and 2015 in a college, this paper analyzed the reason of today＇s employment difficulty and its countermeasures in application-oriented universities
