论新型职业农民培育之道——以江苏农林职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：培育新型职业农民是推动农业现代化的重要保障。加快新型职业农民培育,服务农业农村经济发展,是农业职业院校当前面临的一项重要任务。农业职业院校应通过创新培养模式,培育现代农业建设的新生力量;通过优化培训方式,培育现代农业建设的有生力量;通过拓展服务路径,培育现代农业建设的创新力量。实践证明,将培养、培训、服务相结合的模式是一种培育新型职业农民的有效方法。Training new- type professional farmers is an important measure of guaranteeing for boosting agricultural modernization. It is one of the important tasks for agricultural vocational polytechnic colleges to accelerate the training of new- type professional farmers for the service of rural economic development. Agricultural polytechnic colleges are expected to cultivate the new labor forces for modern agricultural construction through innovated training model,train the vigorous labor forces for modern agricultural construction through optimizing the training patterns,and develop an innovative labor force for modern agricultural construction through extending service paths. The practice shows that the integrated pattern of training,teaching and serving is an effective approach to the education of new- type professional farmers.
