摘　　要：保罗·弗莱雷在《被压迫者教育学》一书中系统构建了解放教育理论,主张发展人性、培养批判意识、构建原生主题的教学内容、采用对话教学手段和建立平等合作的师生关系。基于解放教育理论的成人学习具有以人为本、养成批判思维、教学内容符合实际和以对话为动力的特点。为促进成人学习需要坚持学习者主体地位、改革教学内容、灵活选用教学方法和建立和谐师生关系。Paulo Freire constructs liberation education theory methodically in Pedagogy of the Oppressed.He advocates to develop humanity,culture criticism consciousness and construct the primary theme of the teaching content,adopt dialogue teaching method and establish the equality and cooperation relationship between teachers and students.The adult learning based on liberation education theory has the feature of people-oriented,developing critical thinking,teaching contents conformed to the reality and dialogue.In order to promote adult learning requirements,we should adhere to learners＇ subject status,reform teaching content,select teaching methods flexibly and establish harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
