浅议鸠摩罗什《维摩诘所说经》的语言风格

摘　　要：佛典的汉译,自汉末迄于宋朝,历时悠久,几经演绎。译经的语言风格是指译经师在主客观因素制导下(包含原典语言、翻译理念、汉文水平等)运用调音、遣词、造句、谋篇等语言风格手段所形成的各种特点综合表现出来的气氛和格调,这种气氛和格调集中体现为译经语言的表现风格。本文主要立足于《维摩诘经》同经异译本的对比,通过比较,我们试着将鸠摩罗什译经的语言风格概括为三点:语言通俗,平易近人;行文简洁,辞理圆融;句式整齐,体式谨严。Translating Buddhism scriptures into Chinese lasted more than one thousand years, from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the Song Dynasty, and over five thousand volumes had been translated, which is an important component of Chinese culture. Translating Buddhism scriptures into Chinese is the source and foundation of translation studies in our country. This paper selects the different versions of Vimalala-rtiSutra and makes a comparative study of the style of them. As a process of rewriting the literary work in another language on base of maintenance of the meaning and style of the source language as much as possible, the translation must be influenced, even controlled by style of both the source language and the target language. Kumarajiva ＇ s style is a mixture of foreign literature and the classic texts. We conclude his style to three points： intelligibility, simplicity, orderliness.
