摘 要:为了解除黄瓜种子的休眠,缩短黄瓜种子的发芽时间,提高发芽效率。本实验选取2个品种的黄瓜种子,分别采用不同浓度的3种植物激素赤霉素(GA3)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)、萘乙酸(NAA)进行浸种,比较促进黄瓜种子发芽的最适植物激素浓度。结果表明:低浓度的赤霉素(GA3)100~200mg/L、吲哚乙酸(IAA)5mg/L、萘乙酸(NAA)0.5mg/L浸种既可以减少黄瓜种子的发芽时间,同时明显地增加了种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数;高浓度的赤霉素(GA3)350mg/L、吲哚乙酸(IAA)200mg/L、萘乙酸(NAA)50mg/L对种子的发芽起到抑制作用,而且对种子萌发的抑制随着浓度的增加抑制作用越明显。在相同条件下,植物激素对豫艺黑优黄瓜品种的作用更明显。In order to relieve the cucumber seed dormancy,shorten the time of germination of cucumber seeds and improve the efficiency of germination,in the experiment two selected varieties of cucumber seeds were soaked in different concentrations of three plant hormones,respectively,gibberellic acid(GA3),indoleacetic acid(IAA)and naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)to select the optimal plant hormone concentration of cucumber seed germination.The results showed:cucumber seed soaked in low concentrations of gibberellin(GA3)100-200 mg/L,indole acetic acid(IAA)5 mg/L,naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)0.5mg/L can not only reduced germination time,but also increased the germination rate,germination index,and vigor index significantly.While a high concentration of gibberellin(GA3)350mg/L,200mg/L indole acetic acid(IAA),naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)50mg/L would exerted inhibitory effects on seed germination,and with the increase of concentration,the inhibiting effect of seed germination becames more obvious.Under the same conditions,the effect of plant hormones on the cucumber variety Yuyi Heiyou was more distinct.
