摘 要:目的:探讨蒙药中槲皮素及总酚含量及其抗氧化活性的相关性。方法:以红花和7种蒙药为材料,采用Folin-Denis法测定总酚含量,并采用DPPH抗氧化活性体外评价体系测定红花和蒙药的抗氧化活性,HPLC法进行槲皮素含量成分分析。结果:红花和7种蒙药槲皮素含量在0.21~1.42μg/mg范围内抗氧化性呈正相关系;除德都红花七味散蒙药以外其他的6种蒙药和红花总酚含量在27.35~79.97μg/mg范围内抗氧化性呈正相关系(R2=0.962),通拉嘎-5具有最高的总酚含量和最好的抗氧化能力。结论:红花和7种蒙药具有较强的抗氧化活性,根据槲皮素的含量和清除DPPH自由基能力呈正相关性进一步评价抗氧化活性。Objective: To study the correlations between the contents of quercetin,total phenols and antioxidant activities in Mongolian medicines. Methods: The contents of total phenols were determined by Folin- denis method and the contents of quercetin were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and their antioxidant activities were estimated by DPPH scavenging in seven kinds of Mongolian Compound Medicines and Carthamustinctorious L. Results: Correlation analysis indicated that there was a positive correlation between the contents of quercetin and antioxidant activities in the ranges of 0. 21- 1. 42 μg / mg in7 kinds of Mongolian Compound Medicines and Carthamustinctorious L. Also,there was a positive correlation between the contents of total phenols and antioxidant activities in the ranges of 27. 35- 79. 97 μg / mg,except for a Mongolian compound medicine( Deduhonghua- 7). A Mnogolian medicine( Tonglaga- 5) had higher contents of total phenols and strongerantioxidant activities. Conclusion: The 7 kinds of Mongolian compound medicines had stronger antioxidant activities and the quercetin contents and DPPH scavenging ability was positively correlated. Therefore,the quercetin contents could evaluate its antioxidant activity.
