摘 要:目的:研究乳铁蛋白(LF)对牵张成骨的作用。方法:将40只新西兰大白兔随机分为对照组(20只)和实验组(20只),建立牵张成骨动物模型。对照组自延迟期第2天开始每日灌胃0.9%氯化钠溶液(1 ml/kg),相同时间内,将LF(85mg/kg)溶解于相同容积的0.9%氯化钠溶液中对实验组进行灌胃。于牵张结束后8周处死所有实验动物,收集标本进行X线、Mirco-CT、组织学和生物力学检测。结果:实验组动物牵张间隙内新骨形成的量优于对照组,并显著改善了新生骨痂的显微结构及生物力学强度。结论:LF能够促进牵张成骨过程中新骨的形成。Objective:To investigate the effects of lactoferrin(LF)on distraction osteogenesis(DO).Methods:Forty New Zealand white rabbits were used to establish the DO animal model,and randomly divided into control group(n=20)and experimental group(n=20).At the beginning of distraction,the rabbits were daily administrated by gavage with LF(85mg/kg)in experimental group,while 0.9% physiological saline(1 mL/kg)in control group.At the 8th week after finishing the distraction,animals were euthanatized,and the samples were collected and preceded to the X-ray,micro-CT,histological,and biomechanical examinations.Results:The radio-density of experimental group was much higher than that of control group.In addition,LF treatment increased the microstructure and mechanical strength of the newly formed bone.Conclusion:LF could promote the bone regeneration during the process of DO.
