摘　　要：幼儿园文化是园本教研开展的土壤,幼儿园文化推动园本教研的开展,园本教研的开展会带有幼儿园文化的痕迹。为此,幼儿园文化的建设应该做到:立足幼儿园的自身特点、形成共享的价值观念;构建学习型的文化、提升幼儿教师的园本教研能力;营造合作性的文化、丰富园本教研形式,促进园本课程可持续的发展。Kindergarten culture is the soil of kindergarten-based teaching and research in that the former promotes the carrying out of the latter,while the latter shows the trace of the former.Therefore,the construction of kindergarten culture requires：the formation of shared values based on the characteristics of kindergartens;the building of a learning culture,the promotion of the teaching and research abilities of the kindergarten teachers;the creation of a collaborative culture,the enriching of the forms of kindergarten-based teaching and research,and the sustainable development of kindergarten curriculum.
