摘　　要：采用3种不同的萃取方法提取纯化速溶咖啡中的多菌灵,再利用高效液相色谱进行测定,根据净化方式的繁简和相对标准误差值,确定多菌灵适宜的提取方法。结果表明,超声提取的结果相对标准误差最小,可以考虑作为速溶咖啡中多菌灵残留量检测的参考方法。Three different extraction and purification methods were performed to detect carbendazim residues in instant coffee using high performance liquid chromatography. The optimum method was selected according to the methods of extraction and purification and the percentage of relative standard deviation. The results indicated that ultrasonic pretreatment showed higher accuracy and lower relative error,compared with the other two pretreatment methods,and thus could be used as the reference method for the determination of carbendazim residues in instant by HPLC.
