摘  要:探讨二氧化硅粉末助流剂对VE粉流动性的改善作用。在VE粉中添加不同比例的二氧化硅粉末助流剂,充分混合均匀,测定其对VE粉休止角、松密度、振实密度、压缩度、流量、水分散性及水分散液稳定性的影响,确定二氧化硅粉末助流剂在VE粉中的最适添加量。结果表明:VE粉中添加二氧化硅粉末助流剂后,VE粉休止角减少,流量增大,松密度和振实密度增加,压缩度减小;添加二氧化硅粉末助流剂对VE粉水分散性及水分散液稳定性无影响;当添加量为1.5%-2.0%时,VE粉流动性改善效果最佳。The improvement of flowability of VEpowder by silica powder glidant was explored. Different proportions of silica powder glidant were added in VEpowder,and fully mixed. Then the influences of addition of silica powder glidant on the angle of repose,bulk density,tap density,compressibility,flow rate,water dispersibility and water dispersion stability of VEpowder were measured,and the optimal addition dosage of silica powder glidant in VEpowder was determined. The results showed that after adding silica powder glidant in VEpowder,the angle of repose and compressibility of VEpowder decreased,while the flow rate,bulk density and tap density of VEpowder increased. Adding silica powder glidant had no effect on the water dispersibility and water dispersion stability of VEpowder. When addition dosage was 1. 5%-2. 0%,the improvement effect on flowability of VEpowder was the best.
