摘　　要：河北省新能源产业在太阳能、风能、生物质能等方面开发利用势态良好,但是也存在发展模式落后、产业技术含量不高、缺乏法律制度保障、广大农村新能源利用有待突破等问题。借鉴国外新能源产业发展的成功经验,从形成高新技术为核心的发展模式、控制产业本身的污染、科技进步打造高新技术产业、完善新能源产业政策和法律保障体系、做好农村新能源示范项目的推广等方面提出河北省新能源产业可持续发展的对策。In recent years, the energy of solar, wind, and biomass is being well developed and utilized in new energy industry of Hebei Province. Whereas, there are still some problems to be settled, such as laggard development patterns, low composition of industrial technology, shortage of protection of the legal systems, no breakthrough of utilization of new energy in the broad rural areas. Drawing successful experience of foreign new energy industrial development, the article put forward the countermeasures on sustainable development in Hebei new energy industry in the aspects of forming a development pattern centered by high and new technology, controlling the pollution produced by industry itself, making high and new industry by scientific and technological progress, completing policies and legal protection systems of new energy industry, and popularization of the pilot projects in the use of new energy in rural areas.
