摘 要:研究了大黄米多糖的提取工艺。以多糖收率为指标,对颗粒与粉、提取时间、提取温度、液固比和提取次数5个因素进行了考察,并采用响应面法对影响大黄米多糖提取效果的3个主要因素,即提取时间、提取温度、液固比进行了优化。结果表明:在粉状、150 r/min、液固比20.0∶1(g/g)、72.1℃下提取1次1.6 h,大黄米多糖的理论收率达20.43 mg/g,实际收率为20.22 mg/g。The extraction technology of polysaccharide from Panicum miliaceum was investigated. In the experiment,polysaccharide yield as an index,particle and powder,extraction time,extraction temperature,liquid–solid ratio and extraction times in the extraction process were studied. The effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,liquid–solid ratio on the extraction yield of polysaccharide from Panicum miliaceum were optimized by response surface methodology. The optimum extraction parameters were as follows:powder,stirring rate 150 r/min,once extracted,liquid–solid ratio 20.0∶1(g/g),extraction temperature 72.1 ℃ and extraction time 1.6 h. Under the optimum conditions,the polysaccharide theoretical yield could reach 20.43 mg/g,and practical yield was 20.22 mg/g.
