摘　　要：针对电子政务案例推理过程中不同业务部门在案例理解上产生的语义歧义问题,构建了电子政务本体模型.根据电子政务案例结构特点,将ABC本体进行扩充,在此基础上提出了基于CBR的电子政务本体模型,并详细定义了模型中的概念、关系、函数、公理和实例等要素.最后以电子政务纪检监察案例对该模型进行了验证,结果表明该模型可以较好地实现纪检监察的知识共享.In order to avoid semantic ambiguity in e-government cases in Case-Based Reasoning（CBR）,an e-governmentontology model was built on the basis of the extended ABC ontology model according to the characteristics of e-governmentcases structure,and the main elements of the model including concepts,relations,functions,axioms and instances were definedin detail.Finally,the model was validated by the example of e-government discipline inspection and supervision,andapplication results show that knowledge sharing could be well realized in the model.
