高职生就业压力的特点及对其就业指导的建议

摘　　要：通过就业压力问卷调查了高职生就业压力的特点。结果表明:1高职生的就业压力总体处于中等偏下水平。2高职女生的就业压力水平大于高职男生。3高职生就业压力有显著的专业差异和年级差异。建议高职院校采取一系列措施满足社会需求。The characteristics of higher vocational college students’ job-hunting stress were investigated by Job-Hunting Stress Questionnaire. The results indicated that ： 1 The level of job-hunting press was lower-middle. 2 The pressure level of the female students was higher than that of the male students. 3Higher vocational college students’ job-hunting stress was significantly different at grade,major. So it suggests that higher vocational colleges take a series of measures to meet social needs.
