摘  要:针对某电厂350 MW汽轮发电机组给水泵运行过程中存在的再循环阀频繁启闭、自动功能投入后不能正常调节给水泵入口流量等问题,对给水泵再循环阀控制逻辑进行了优化。通过实施在PID调节器的出口位置设置函数曲线,在设定值中加入死区环节等改进措施,运行过程中给水泵再循环阀动作次数明显减少,调节器可以稳定控制再循环阀开度,降低了对给水系统的扰动,提高了机组的安全稳定性。To the problems that recirculation valve frequent opened or closed, feed water pump inlet flow could not be regulated while automatic function was inputed and other issues, pump recirculation valve control logic were optimized on a 350 MW turbine generator unit in a power plant. Through setting function curves on the outlet position of the PID regulator, added dead zone in the setting values, significantly reduced the action times during the valve operation, the regulator could control the recirculation valve opening stability, reduced the disturbance to water pump, improved the safety and stability of the unit.
