摘　　要：创新人才是战略性新兴产业发展的重要保障。本文主要从人才数量、人才素质和人才效能三个维度,分析江西省创新团队对战略性新兴产业的人才支撑力,并从创新团队人才的引进、培养、激励、留用等角度提出了提升创新团队对战略性新兴产业人才支撑力的对策建议^([1])。Innovation talents are an important guarantee for the development of strategic emerging industries.This paper analyses the talent support of strategic emerging industries by innovation teams, mainly from aspects of the quantity, quality and efficiency of talents. And in terms of introduction, training, motivation and retention of talents, the paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the talent support of strategic emerging industry by innovation team.
