摘 要:为有效地对柴油机微粒捕集器劣化性能影响因素进行分析,并得到各因素的影响程度,建立了微粒捕集器再生仿真模型,以无量纲再生效率作为微粒捕集器劣化性能评判参数,通过不同参数的组合进行仿真计算,基于灰色关联理论将仿真结果进行了灰色关联分析.研究结果表明:微波功率、排气温度、排气氧含量、微粒沉积量和灰烬沉积量的关联度均大于0.5,均为影响微粒捕集器劣化性能的主要参数,其中灰烬沉积量的关联度最大,是最主要的影响因素,说明用灰色关联分析方法分析微粒捕集器的劣化影响因素是有效的.In order to effectively analyze influence factors of deterioration performance in the diesel particulate filter,and investigate the influence degree of each factor,a regeneration simulation model of the diesel particulate filter was established and dimensionless regeneration efficiency was viewed as a evaluation parameter of deterioration performance,then,grey relational analysis of simulation results was studied based on grey relational theory. The results show that the relational degree of microwave power,exhaust gas temperature,oxygen content in the exhaust gas,amount of PM deposition and ash mass are greater than 0. 5 and they are the main factors of deterioration performance of diesel particulate filter. Moreover,ash mass is the most essential influencing factor,and grey relational analysis can be effective applied in analyzing and evaluating the influence factors of deterioration performance in the diesel particulate filter.
