摘 要:目的探讨种植体螺距对骨界面应力分布的影响,为种植体的设计与临床选择提供生物力学的依据。方法采用三维有限元分析法对螺距分别为1.5mm,1.0mm的种植体在受水平向、垂直向力时骨界面应力分布进行分析讨论。结果在水平和垂直向加载条件下,螺距为1.0mm的种植体骨界面应力小于螺距为1.5mm者,应力分布趋于均匀。结论螺纹底部形态为凹面的种植体,螺距1.0mm和1.5mm者应力无明显差别;螺纹底部形态为平面的种植体,螺距1.0mm者应力小于螺距1.5mm者,应力分布更均匀,可做为临床设计和选择种植体的参考。Objective To investigate the influence of the pitch to implant-bone interfacial stresses,provide the basis for biomechanical implant design and clinical choice. Methods Three-dimensional finite element analysis was used to study the interface stress of the implants with pitches of 1.5mm and 1.0mm under buccolingual and axial loading.Results Under buccolingual and axial loading conditions,the implant-bone interface stress of implants with the pitch of1.0mm was lower than the pitch of 1.5mm ones,showed more uniform stress distribution. Conclusion The thread form at the bottom of the implant was concave,1.0mm and 1.5mm Screw pitches showed no significant difference; The thread form at the bottom of the implant was plane,1.0mm pitch showed less stress than 1.5mm,showed more uniform and reasonable stress distribution,can be used as the design and selection of clinical implants of
