摘 要:目的探讨氮气等离子体注入改性对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)粘结强度的影响,阐明其改善粘结性能的机理。方法按照改性参数不同,将制备的PEEK标准试件随机分为对照组、浸没组、低脉冲组和高脉冲组,每组20个。采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察各组试件的微观形貌变化,分别以Rely X^(TM) Unicem和SE BOND为粘结剂制备粘结试件,水浴24h后,测试试件的剪切强度,体视显微镜评价各组破坏模式。结果浸没组、低脉冲组表面可见颗粒状凸起结构,高脉冲组表面有柱状纳米结构;X线光电子能谱(XPS)分析结果证实,改性组材料表面均引入了氮元素;剪切强度结果表明,高脉冲组>低脉冲组>浸没组>对照组(P<0.01);而且以Rely X^(TM) Unicem为粘结剂时,未处理组剪切强度极其微弱;相同的改性处理组,以SE BOND为粘结剂获得的剪切强度高于以Rely X^(TM) Unicem(P<0.05)。体视显微镜观察,断裂模式主要以界面破坏为主。结论氮气等离子体浸没离子注入改性可显著提高PEEK口腔修复材料的粘结强度。Objective To investigate the influence of nitrogen plasma immersion implantation on the bonding strength to PEEK,and clarify mechanism which improves the bonding properties. Methods According to the different modified parameters,specimens were randomly divided into the control group,immersion group,low pulse group and high pulse group(n=20/group). Observe the microstructure of specimens by SEM and prepare the test piece applying Rely X^TM Unicem and SE BOND. After 24 hours at 37℃ distilled water storage,the bond strength was measured in a shear test and failure modes were assessed by Stereomicroscope. Results There were many granular raised structure on immersion group and low pulse group surface,columnar nanostructures on high pulse group surface. XPS elemental analysis results confirmed that nitrogen was introduced into modification groups.The shear strength result that high pulse groupl〉ow pulse group 〉immersion group 〉control group(P〈0.05); With the Rely X^TM Unicem,bond is extremely weak on the control group;For the same pre-treatment,the bond strength of SE BOND is higher than Rely X^TM Unicem; The fracture pattern mainly were interface failure. Conclusion Nitrogen plasma immersion ion implantation can significantly increase the bond strength of PEEK dental materials.
