摘　　要：自主学习对大学生的成长与发展有着极为重要的作用。我校在育人发展方面坚持推行自主学习制度,取得了一定的成效,但也出现了一些问题。通过对学生基本自主学习情况、自主学习态度、自主学习能力、自主学习影响因素、自主学习效果和自主学习方式等六方面的调查分析,佐证了学校推行自主学习的正确性与适切性。但在其推行过程中也应注意加强导师制建设、加大规章制度宣传、培养学生课前预习的习惯、优化学习的外部环境、合理选择自主学习方式等方面。在针对性解决所出现问题的基础上,自主学习才能得以发挥更大的效力。Autonomous learning is vital to the growth and development of college students. Tongren University is pursuing autonomous learning system and achieves certain success in education development with some problems as well. By the investigation and analysis of six aspects about autonomous learning such as basic situation, attitude, ability, factors, effect and methods, the results supported the correctness and appropriateness of the school in pursuing autonomous learning, and in the implementation process, the school should also pay attention to strengthening the tutorial system construction, stepping up publicity on rules and regulations, assisting students in cultivating preview habit, optimizing external learning environment and choosing appropriate way of autonomous learning. Only based on these pertinent measures autonomous learning can play a greater effect.
