摘　　要：随着城镇化进程加快,失地农民面临着基本生活、城市融入、就业等多重困境,需要职业教育补偿。借鉴英国、美国、法国、新加坡等国家"造血"型教育补偿措施,本文提出我国失地农民职业教育补偿策略在于:加强立法建设,强化企业社会责任;加快培训体系构建,促进更高质量就业;创新培训内容,开展创业教育培训;创新培训方式,开展个性化培训。Landless peasants faced multiple difficulties such as basic life difficulty, urban life integration, employment and so on. The England, United States, France, Singapore and other countries’ social security measures should be learned from.Therefore, some strategies for landless peasants’ social security are recommended. For instance, government carry out skills compensation as a whole plan to enhance the legislative building for a strengthening social responsibility of enterprises. We should promote higher-qualified employment, accelerate the construction of training system, provide innovative training content,carry out entrepreneurial learning classes and provide creative training method and conduct individualized training.
