高职建筑装饰专业校企合作工学结合创新人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：近年来，校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式逐渐得到应用和推广，本文结合某职业技术学院建筑装饰专业的实际情况，从校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式开始阐述，进而又列举了两所高职院校建筑装饰专业施行的专业校企合作、工学结合创新人才培养模式进行分析和对比，旨在更好的普及这种教学模式，更好的为社会和国家服务。In recent years, the cooperation between colleges and personnel training mode of engineer- ing set gradually get the application and popularization, combining with the actual situation of a vo- cational and technical institute majoring in architectural decoration, starting from the university-enter- prise cooperation and work-integrated learning personnel training mode, and lists the two vocational colleges building decoration specialty of university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning innovation personnel training mode is analyzed, and on the contrast, and aimed at better general this kind of teaching mode, better service to the society and the country.
