摘　　要：农村幼儿园在园长建设上存在标配和素质提升方面的困境,通过完善政府投入机制、激发从业者积极性、注重职前教育与职后培训的有机结合及搭建业务能力提升平台等途径可有效应对困境。Rural kindergarten exist difficulties in their leaders＇ construction including standard configuration and quality promotion. Through improve the input mechanism,stimulate the practitioners,pay attention to the combination of pre- service education and post- career training and set up platform to promote strengths can effectively deal with difficulties.
