摘　　要：针对保险公司绩效考核存在的指标设置不合理、缺乏科学的绩效考核周期设置及完善的考核反馈机制等问题,提出了确定要明确考核主体、权重和考核周期等改进措施,对其运营模式进行了阐述,分析了该模式的发展趋势及未来保险公司绩效体制的改革之路。The performance examination of insurance company has some problems such as unreasonable indicators, lack of reasonable evaluation cycle and feedback mechanism. According to the existing problems, the paper puts forward improvement measures from identifying evaluation subject, evaluation weight and evaluation cycle. Then it elaborates the operation mode,analyses the development tend and the way of reform for performance system of insurance company.
