摘　　要：在大学基因工程实验教学过程中,由教师提供实验基本材料并提出实验最终目的;由学生自主设计实验流程、准备实验备品及药品并完成实验操作;教师结合实验设计、实验操作及实验报告对学生进行综合评价;通过自主实验的相关教学改革措施提高学生动手能力及综合性解决问题的能力。In the course of genetic engineering experiment, the teacher provided the materials and put forward the purpose of the experiment;the students designed experiment process, prepared the regent and experimental necessities, and performed the experiments independently. The comprehensive evaluation was composed of the experiment design, operation and the experiment report. The purpose of the innovation was to improve the operation and comprehensive ability of the students.
