关于我国防治腐败制度执行问题的思考

摘　　要：在我国,防治腐败之制度的执行还存在自觉性不高、随意性较大、监督乏力和惩处不严等问题。导致问题产生的直接原因有:价值迷失、潜规则作祟和对制度的理解存在偏误等。提高反腐败制度之执行力应从提升对党的忠诚度、加强制度的宣传与教育、责令领导干部身体力行、加强对执行情况的监管以及加大对失职责任的追究等方面作出努力。The implementation of anti- corruption system has lots of problems： low self- consciousness,arbitrariness,powerless supervision,etc. Value lost,potential rules,and misunderstanding about the system are the direct causes. We should make great efforts in promoting the loyalty to the party,strengthening the propaganda and education,asking leading cadres to behave properly,enhancing the supervision of implementation and increasing the effectiveness accountability intensity for misconduct.
