摘　　要：通过深入分析地方院校的特性,探讨大学生创新精神培养的途径,以大学生的全面发展为出发点,以改革实践教学体系与教学内容为着力点,以搭建大学生创新训练平台为切入点,解析了湖南理工学院近年来大学生数学创新能力培养的研究和实践.Through the deep analysis of the characteristics of local colleges, we discuss the importance of cultivating college students＇ innovation spirit and taking college students all-round development as the starting point, taking the reform of practice teaching system and teaching content as the focal point, building college students＇ innovative training platform as the breakthrough point, in recent years, we analyze the practice and research of cultivation for mathematics innovative ability of college students of Hunan Institute of Science and Technology.
