摘　　要：职业技能大赛是检验高职院校教育教学质量和人才培养水平的重要手段。江苏省高度重视职业院校技能大赛,坚持把技能大赛作为提高人才培养质量的重要抓手,以赛促教、以赛促学。文中探讨了目前高职物流专业师资队伍建设存在的突出问题,阐述了物流技能大赛对师资队伍建设的促进作用,提出了借助物流技能大赛,加快师资队伍建设的具体措施。Vocational college skills competition is an important means to test the quality of school education and the level of personnel training. Jiangsu province attaches great importance to vocational colleges skills competition,which take the skills competition as a handle. to promote teaching through racing, to promote studying through racing. This paper discussed the existing problems in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. expounded the promotion effect of logistics skill competition on the construction of teaching staff, and Put forward to speed up the construction of teaching staff of specific measures with the help of logistics skills competition.
