摘  要:阐述了将科技竞赛视为宝贵的实践教学资源,以"班"的形式组织,按照"课程"的要求指导科技竞赛的合理性,介绍了基于"课程"指导科技竞赛的课外实践教学模式的运行机制,应用该模式指导全国大学生机械创新设计大赛的教学实践取得了显著的人才培养效益。这种课外实践教学指导科技竞赛的模式兼顾了拔尖创新人才培养和创新人才培养规模的可持续发展优化模式。The science and technology competition is an important carrier for cultivating the innovative talents with practical ability.This paper presents the rationality of organizing and guiding students as a class,with the requirements of a curriculum,when the science and technology competition as the valuable practical teaching resource is regarded.The operating mechanism of the extracurricular practical teaching mode based on"Curriculum"to guide students in science and technology competition is introduced. The significant achievements of talent cultivation using this mode have been got.The extracurricular teaching mode of guidance in science and technology competition takes into account not only the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,but also the scale of innovative talents.It's an optimized sustainable development mode.
