高职院校学生事务管理体系的构建

摘　　要：针对当前学生事务管理存在理念不够清晰、体系不够系统、机制不够完善等问题,运用社会工作理论,并从理念构建、功能构建、目标构建等方面系统分析高职院校学生事务管理体系的构建模式,提出专业化管理机制、条状化管理模式、人本化管理理念和法治化管理要求为主要内容的管理策略,从个案解决路径、主体发展路径和社会育人路径,促进学生全面发展。At present, unclear ideas, incomplete system, imperfect mechanism and other problems exist in the management of student affairs. By means of our social work theory, we systematically analyzed the mode for constructing student affairs management system in higher vocational colleges from the construction of ideas, functions and aims. Based on this, we put forward some management strategies mainly about specialized management system, linear management model, people-oriented management ideas and legalized management requirements, and suggest to promote the all-round development of students through the case solving route, the main body developing route and social education route.
