摘  要:翅碱蓬分布在沿海滩涂地区,其幼芽广泛的被当地居民食用,本研究为了考察翅碱蓬资源的可利用性,对不同生长时期的翅碱蓬总黄酮含量进行了比较,采用不同的方法(DPPH·、OH·、ABTS+·)评价了翅碱蓬黄酮提取物的抗氧化活性。试验结果表明:翅碱蓬的总黄酮含量在花期达到最大,为14.37 mg/g。抗氧化结果表明,翅碱蓬黄酮提取液对DPPH·、OH·、ABTS+·均表现较强的清除效果,同时发现,翅碱蓬对DPPH·的清除率到达最大为94.37%,对OH·的最大清除率为84.29%,对ABTS+·的最大清除率为93.30%。因此,翅碱蓬是一种具有开发天然抗氧化剂潜力的植物,其不仅能在盐碱地区广泛生长改善生态环境,而且还将会有更大的生物利用价值。Saline seepweed distribute in coastal area, the buds are widely consumed by the local population.This study in order to investigate the effect of saline seepweed resource availability, comparing the content of total flavonoids in suaeda salsa with different growth periods.Using different methods(DPPH·, hydroxyl radicals, ABTS+·) to evaluate the antioxidant activity of flavonoids extracted from saline seepweed. The results showed that the maximum content of total flavonoids extracted from saline seepweed was in florescence, 14.37 mg/g. Flavonoids extracted from saline seepweed leaves in different growth possessed strong capability of eliminating DPPH·, ·OH, ABTS+·. The maximum scavenge ability of flavonoids extracted from saline seepweed leaves against DPPH·, hydroxyl radicals, ABTS+·were 94.37 %,84.29 %,93.30 %, respectively. Therefore, saline seepweed is a kind of natural antioxidant potential of the plant, which not only can grow in saline alkali area,improve the ecological environment, but also will have greater biological utilization value.
