摘　　要：对江苏省中职教师企业实践政策执行情况进行调查,主要采用问卷调查与深度访谈的研究方法,围绕政策执行认知、政策执行预期、政策执行准备、政策执行组织、政策执行监督、政策执行激励、政策执行效果和校企合作形式等,结果得出:促进中职教师企业实践的政策法规体系还不完善;企业参与中职教师企业实践政策执行的动力不足;与中职教师企业实践政策执行配套的条件不成熟;中职教师企业实践政策执行的监督机制很健全。Investigation on the implementation of enterprise＇s practice policy of secondary vocational schools in Jiangsu province surrounding the cognition, prediction, preparation, organization, monitoring, inspiration, effects of the policy implementation shows that, the policy and legal system of enhancing enterprise＇s practice of secondary vocational schools isn＇t perfect; enterprises＇ motivation for participating in the practice of secondary vocational schools isn＇t high; the matching conditions are not mature; and the monitoring mechanism is optimal.
