摘  要:目的探讨微信平台在门诊护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法将72名护理实习生随机分成2组各36人,对照组进行传统的实习生管理,实验组利用微信平台进行信息化管理,比较两组学生在出科学生测评表的综合成绩及实习护士生对带教工作的满意度的反馈。结果实验组在理论考核中成绩为(96.67±3.27)分,对照组在理论考核中成绩为(85.56±3.15)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组操作成绩为(92.31±4.38)分,对照组操作成绩(83.36±4.16)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习护士生对带教工作的满意度,实验组为96.1%,对照组为83.2%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用微信平台的交流,实习护士生的理论及操成绩有了显著提高,同时加强了带教老师与实习护士生沟通的及时性,提高了带教工作的高效性及实习护士生对带教老师及科室的满意度。Objective We want to explore the application effect of the wechat platform in the nursing practice teaching in the clinic. Methods The all 72 nursing interns were randomly divided into 2 groups(each 36 people, traditional management of interns in the control group, the experimental group using wechat platform for information management.We compared two groups of students in comprehensive performance by the student evaluation table and practice nurses feedback on satisfaction degree of teaching work. Results The theoretical score was(96.67±3.27)in the experimental group and(85.56±3.15)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The operational result was(92.31±4.38)in the experimental group and(83.36±4.16)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The degree of teaching work satisfaction was 96.1% in the experimental group and 83.2% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion With the use of wechat platform,both theoretical score and operational result of nursing students have been significantly improved, the communication become timeliness between teachers and students. Meanwhile, the efficiency and satisfaction degree of teaching work are improved.
