摘  要:教学质量高低是衡量一个学校的关键指标,而教学质量评价则是提高教学质量的重要环节。"理实一体化"作为一种新型的教学模式,现已广泛应用于各个高职院校。它主要是将理论知识与实践操作技能融于一体,进行组合教学,是一种"边做边学"双向程序的教学模式。探讨研究高职"理实一体化教师"教学质量评价,对更好地促进教学质量的提高、发挥高职教师的主观能动性具有积极意义。Teaching quality is a key indicator to measure the school, while teaching quality evaluation is an important link in improving teaching quality. As a new kind of teaching mode, the integration of theory and practice of teaching has been widely applied in some vocational schools. It is mainly to combine theory and practice in teaching, and this is a kind of "learning by doing" teaching pattern of two-way process. So it is necessary to discuss the teaching quality evaluation of the integration of theory and practice, which will play a positive significance to better promote the improvement of teaching quality and inspire teachers' subjective initiative.
