摘　　要：行业的发展与转型影响高校专业人才培养,高校人才培养将助推行业发展。高职酒店管理专业生源渠道、学习意愿、学生自身条件等共同构成专业人才培养的背景。文章分析酒店行业正在转型,面临星级遇冷、住宿业态日趋丰富等多种变革,专业人才培养分层分类势在必行。酒店专业的人才培养要以市场为导向,行业为根基,学校为载体,采取多元人才培养体系,并给出了具体步骤和实施方案。The development and transformation of industry influence university professional talent training which also boosts industry development. Student sources, willingness to learn and students＇ conditions of higher vocational hotel management specialized constitute the background of professional personnel training. The hotel industry transformation is analyzed, the less people care hotel＇s star rating, and the more people care kinds of accommodation forms. The hierarchical classification of talent cultivation is imperative. Hotel professional talents cultivation should take the market as the guidance, industry as the foundation,school as the carrier, take the diverse talent cultivation system, and give the concrete steps and implementation plan.
