摘 要:文章在对教师在线实践社区知识服务体系研究基础上,通过案例分析,对基于教师研修活动的教师在线实践社区知识服务模式进行了直观阐释。研究表明:基于教师研修活动的知识服务模式使传统远程教师培训中助学者单向的资源传递式服务转变为教师研修需求导向的、教师研修活动引领的、教师参与式知识服务。基于教师研修活动的知识服务对教师研修的作用体现在三个方面:一是帮助教师解决教学实践中的具体问题;二是增强了教师教学研究的意识,促进教师发展成为研究型教师;三是促进教师获取、分享、利用和创新实践性知识,使教师网络研修助学支持服务的价值得到极大的提升。This paper first analyzes the knowledge services systems of teachers' online communities of practice. Then, by analyzing cases, this paper provides a direct description of the knowledge services model of teachers' online communities of practice that are based on teacher-training activities. This paper interprets that the knowledge services model based on teacher-training activity has changed the one-way resources delivery services in traditional online distance teacher training into the knowledge services that are teacher-training needs directed, teacher-training activity guided, and teacher participated. The knowledge services model based on teacher-training activities plays three roles on teacher's training: 1)helps teacher solve specific problems in their teaching practice; 2) enhances teachers' consciousness of conducting teaching research, and helps teachers to become research-oriented teacher; and 3) promotes teacher to acquire, share, utilize, and create innovative and practical knowledge, and thus greatly increases the value of the support services of teachers' online training.
