摘　　要：近年来，校企合作、工学结合的人才培养模式逐渐得到应用和推广。本文结合部分高等职业技术学院建筑装饰专业的实际情况，从校企合作、工学结合人才培养模式开始阐述，对校企合作、工学结合创新人才培养模式运行情况进行了分析研究，提出了一些看法，供各位同行参考。In recent years, the teaching mode of college--enterprise cooperation, work--integrated learning are applied and promoted gradually. Combining with the actual situation in the major of building decoration in some high vocational colleges, from the mode, the running situation of the innovation talent training mode on the basis of of school--enterprise cooperation, work--integrated learning are analyzed, and some opinions are put forward in this article for your reference.
