摘　　要：移动通信技术的快速发展和智能移动终端软件的升级换代,为广播电视大学提供了新的学习方式。为适应信息时代移动学习需求、推进广播电视大学向开放大学转型升级,葫芦岛广播电视大学开通了微信服务号,搭建了智能移动终端学习平台。该平台集教育教学、学生服务、社区教育、终身学习和招生宣传于一体,极大地方便了学员,也为社区教育和终身学习工作的开展提供了新的平台。The rapid development of mobile communication technology and the upgrading and updating of intelligent mobile terminal software provide a new way of learning for the Radio and TV University.In order to adapt to the mobile learning requirements in the information era,promote the transformation and upgrading to the open university,Huludao Radio and TV University opens a wechat service number,and builds an intelligent mobile terminal learning platform.The platform sets education teaching,student service,community education,lifelong learning and enrollment propaganda in one,which greatly facilitates the students and provides a new platform for the development of community education and lifelong learning.
