摘 要:作为许多中草药活性成分的黄酮,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、杀菌消炎、抗焦虑、调节酶活性等多样的生理药理活性。但由于其复杂的结构、各异的作用位点和不理想的溶解度大大限制生物功效的发挥。因此,通过对黄酮化合物母核A、B、C三环的定点修饰,可以有效地增强某一方面或多个方面的生物活性,大大提高应用效果。综述了近几年对黄酮类化合物A、B、C环的改造方法及产生的优良生物活性,为以后开发更强生物活性和药理作用的黄酮类新药的位点选择提供参考。Flavonoids, the active ingredient of many Chinese herbs, eontain multiple physiological and pharmacologieal activities, including antioxidant, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic effects, and enzymatic activity regulation effects. Due to its complex structure, different effect sites and poor solubility, the biological effects of flavonoids are greatly limited. Site-directed modification on A, B, C rings of the core structure can effectively enhance the biological activities and improve the application of flavonoids.
