摘 要:采用内部沸腾法对花生壳多酚类物质进行提取,考察内部沸腾法中解吸过程的解吸剂浓度、解吸剂用量和解吸时间3个单因素和提取过程中的提取剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间和提取剂用量4个单因素对花生壳多酚类物质提取效果的影响,通过单因素试验和正交试验得出适宜的提取工艺条件:将花生壳粉末用5.0 m L/g 80%乙醇解吸25 min,然后再用25.0 m L/g 40%乙醇在85℃的条件下提取2次,每次6 min。在该条件下花生壳多酚提取率达到7.31 mg/g,该工艺条件稳定可行且优势十分明显。内部沸腾法是一种经济、快速且有效的提取方法,用于花生壳多酚类物质的提取具有较好的效果。The extraction of polyphenols from husk of earthnut by inner ebullition was carried out.To investigate the effect of extraction of polyphenols from husk of earthnut,three single factors of the concentration of desorption agent,the amount of solvent and the time of desorption were assayed,and four single factors of the concentration of extraction agent,extraction temperature,extraction time and the dosage of the extract were assayed.Based on the single factor tests and verification experiment,thesuitable extraction conditions are obtained as follows:the husk of earthnut were desorbed 25 minutes using 80% ethanol 5.0 m L/g and then extracted twice(6 min/time) in 40% ethanol 25.0 m L/g under 85 ℃ under this condition,the yield of polyphenols from husk of earthnut was 7.31 mg/g.The advantages of such extraction conditions were obvious and such extraction conditions were stable and feasible.Inner ebullition extraction was an economical,rapid and effective extraction method,which was an efficient method for the extraction of polyphenols from husk of earthnut.
