摘 要:目的:探讨在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中使用临床路径教学法的可行性。方法:将40名临床实习生随机分为两组,一组实施临床路径教学法,一组采用传统带教方式,实习结束进行理论及实践考核,问卷调查满意度,进行比较。结果:临床路径教学组综合成绩优于传统教学组,临床路径组满意度高于传统教学组。结论:临床路径教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科临床教学中可提升教学效果。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of using clinical pathway (CP) in the teaching of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Methods:Forty clinical medical students were randomly divided into clinical pathway group and traditional group, in which CP teaching and traditional teaching methods were used respectively. Educational effects were evaluated through questionnaire and examination. Results: Total scores of CP group were significantly higher than those of traditional teaching group. Total ratio of satisfaction in CP group was significantly higher than traditional teaching group. Conclusion: Cliilical pathway teaching can improve the effect of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery teaching.
