摘  要:【目的】研究春季低温胁迫下不同核桃品种叶片和子房超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白质含量的变化,为筛选抗霜冻能力强的核桃品种提供理论依据。【方法】以‘绿岭’、‘香玲’、‘辽宁1号’、‘上宋6号’、‘中林1号’和‘清香’6个核桃品种为试材,利用人工霜箱模拟春季霜冻害降温过程,设0、-1、-2、-3、-4、-5℃共6个低温处理,以18℃处理为对照,测定低温处理过程中叶片和子房SOD、POD活性及MDA、可溶性蛋白质的含量,采用隶属函数法对6个品种抗寒性进行综合分析。【结果】随温度的降低,6个供试核桃品种叶片和子房SOD、POD活性及可溶性蛋白质含量均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,但不同品种上升幅度与达到最高值的温度存在差异,而MDA含量呈现逐渐增高的趋势。‘绿岭’、‘香玲’、‘辽宁1号’、‘上宋6号’、‘中林1号’和‘清香’叶片SOD、POD活性及可溶性蛋白质含量达到最大值的温度分别为-4、-4、-3、-3、-3和-3℃,子房上述指标达到最大值的温度分别为-3、-3、-3、-3、-2和-2℃;叶片和子房MDA含量均在-5℃达到最大值;6个品种叶片平均隶属度分别为0.556,0.550,0.492,0.453,0.440和0.439,子房平均隶属度分别为0.509,0.482,0.473,0.445,0.423和0.374。【结论】供试6个核桃品种的抗霜冻能力为‘绿岭’>‘香玲’>‘辽宁1号’>‘上宋6号’>‘中林1号’>‘清香’。【Objective】The changes in SOD and POD activities as well as MDA and soluble protein contents in leaves and ovaries of different walnut cultivars under low temperature stress in spring were studied to select walnut cultivars with frost resistance.【Method】Six walnut cultivars including‘Lüling',‘Xiangling',‘Liaoning No.1',‘Shangsong No.6',‘Zhonglin No.1'and‘Qingxiang'were studied with 6low temperature treatments(0,-1,-2,-3,-4and-5 ℃)and one control(18 ℃).The changes in SOD and POD activities as well as MDA and soluble protein contents in leaves and ovaries were analyzed and comprehensive analysis of their frost resistance was conducted using subordinate function.【Result】SOD activities,POD activities,and soluble protein contents in leaves and ovaries of 6cultivars showed the same trend of increasing first and decreasing after as the temperature dropped,while the MDA contents increased gradually.There were differences in the amplitudes and peaking temperatures among cultivars.Thetemperatures for peaking SOD activities,POD activities and the soluble protein contents in leaves of‘Lüling',‘Xiangling',‘Liaoning No.1',‘Shangsong No.6',‘Zhonglin No.1'and‘Qingxiang'were-4,-4,-3,-3,-3and-3 ℃,and those for ovaries were-3,-3,-3,-3,-2and-2 ℃,respectively.The MDA contents in both leaves and ovaries reached peak values at-5 ℃.The average memberships of the 4indexes in leaves were 0.556,0.550,0.492,0.453,0.440 and 0.439,and in ovaries were 0.509,0.482,0.473,0.445,0.423 and 0.374,respectively.【Conclusion】The frost resistances of the 6cultivars were in a decreasing order of‘Lüling'‘Xiangling'‘Liaoning No.1'‘Shangsong No.6'‘Zhonglin No.1'‘Qingxiang'.
