一念执着 一生坚守——以身示范从职业素养入手培养匠心独运的职业人

摘　　要：职业素养是当前人才培养的关键所在,更是师德建设的重点。本文从系列新闻报道《大国工匠》入手,以其传递出的"一念执着,一生坚守"的职业信念为切入点,重点阐述了职业教育的核心应是职业素养教育,而职业素养教育的关键则在于职业院校教师双师职业素养的培育。提出广大职业教育工作者应秉承"一念执着,一生坚守"的精神,尊重学生、尊重职业,以身示范,用润物细无声的方式去浸润学生,使他们成为深具职业道德和职业潜能的人才。Nowadays,professional attainment is not only the key to cultivate talents,but also the key point of the construction of teachers＇ ethics. Inspired by series of news reports Craftsman in Big Country,this paper uses its professional faith ＂one faith,one lifetime＂as its entry point. It mainly explains the core of professional education should be the professional attainment,while the most important part of professional attainment education lies in the professional attainment cultivating of double- professionally- titled teachers in vocational colleges. This paper puts forward that vocational educators should stick to the spirit of＂one faith,one lifetime＂,respect their students and profession,set themselves as examples and cultivate them gradually to have professional ethics and professional potential.
