摘  要:针对海苔片烧烤对温度控制要求较高、室内烧烤需要较强的油烟净化功能的需求,研制出一种可以精确控制温度且具有较强油烟净化功能的室内海苔烧烤炉。该烧烤炉采用4~20mA电流控制输出、PID自动演算的温控器,配套使用单相功率调功器和K型热电偶,通过对干烧螺旋电发热管电压、电流和功率的精确控制,实现精密控温。采用吸附过滤技术对烧烤过程中产生的油烟进行净化。解决了目前烧烤炉温度波动大、污染严重等问题,达到温度稳定度±0.5℃,油烟净化效果95%以上。According to the need of precisely temperature control used for seaweed barbecue,and the fume purification,the indoor seaweed barbecue pits was developed which could control temperature accurately and has ability of fume purification.The temperature controller with a 4~20mA current output and PID automatic calculus use a single-phase power regulator and K type thermocouple to control the voltage,current and power precisely of the dry spiral electric heating tube,so as to realize precisely temperature control;the technology of adsorption filtering was used to fume purification.It makes a good solution to the current barbecue pits with difficult temperature control,heavy pollution and other issues.Reached plus or minus 0.5℃temperature stability,and lampblack purification efficiency more than 95%.
