超载条件下的交通分配对路网结构可靠度的影响

摘  要:研究了道路网络在超载条件下的交通分配对路网系统可靠度产生的影响,推导了路段行程时间可靠度与路段饱和度的关系,将分配控制指标由路段行程时间可靠度转化路段饱和度;通过轴载转换公式,将超载作用问题转化为累计轴载次数增加的问题;由蒙特卡罗算法分别得出超载条件下交通分配前后路段路面结构可靠度,并基于串并联原理计算出分配前后道路网络结构可靠度。实例分析可知:以路段行程时间可靠度作为评价路网性能指标更合理,与实际情况更贴近;基于行程时间可靠度的交通流分配使整个路网系统可靠度下降。The impact of traffic assignment on road network structural reliability in overload condition was researched. Relationships between pavement section travel time reliability and pavement section saturation were deduced,and the assignment control index was turned from pavement section travel time reliability to pavement section saturation. The overload problem was turned into the problem of growing accumulative number of axle load through the axle load conversion formula. The pavement structural reliability before and after traffic assignment in overload condition was respectively calculated by Metro Carlo method and the road network structural reliability before and after assignment was obtained based on series-parallel principle. The results show that using pavement section travel time reliability as the road network performance evaluation index is more legitimate,which is more close to the actual situation; and the traffic assignment based on travel time reliability reduces the whole road network structural reliability.
