摘　　要：在推动宁波国际化的进程中,饮食文化具有重要的作用,然而其在译介方面存在颇多问题。本文主要介绍在文化视角下的宁波传统特色美食的译介,探究宁波传统特色美食的翻译现状和问题,并且归纳翻译问题深入分析。在苏珊·巴斯内特的文化翻译理论的指导下,结合专业所学的各类翻译技巧,得出有效解决方案。The brilliant history of local cuisine culture plays a significant role in promoting the international profile of Ningbo City. However, the current situation of the related translation in Ningbo is far from optimistic. This paper aims to discuss the English translation of Ningbo cuisine from the cultural perspective, analyze the current situation and the existing problems and introduces more practicable translation skills based on Susan Bassnett＇ s cultural translation theories.
