摘 要:文章以杭州电子科技大学计算机学院469名大学生为研究对象,考察了专业认同的年级差异及其对专业学习和职业生涯规划的影响,分析了专业认同与自我认知、环境认知、目标取向和行动选择的关系,提出了一种匹配不同专业认同度的计算机专业学生的职业生涯规划全程教育体系。研究认为加强专业教育、提高学生的专业认同对于深化专业课程改革,推动职业生涯规划指导具有十分重要的理论和实践借鉴意义。This paper takes 469 college students as the research object, based on their grade differences, ex- amines the influence of the professional identity on their professional learning and career planning, analyzes the relationship among their professional identity, their self cognition, their environmental cognition, their goal orientation and their action selection, and proposes a full professional career planning education system for professional computer students with different professional identities. It suggests that strengthening the professional education and improving the students' professional identity are very important in the professional curriculum reform and the career planning guidance promotion.
