摘 要:目的探讨标准化病人在七年制学生内科生产实习中的应用效果。方法以冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的生产实习为例,选择某院2010级和2011级七年制学生。2010级七年制学生为对照组(n=33),2011级七年制学生为试验组(n=32)。对照组采用传统教学模式;试验组采用标准化病人模式。两组教学均由担任脱产带教的专职教师进行。内科教学结束后进行临床能力考核和出科理论考试及问卷调查。结果实验组和对照组相比,问诊、查体以及出科理论考试成绩有明显提高,分别为(17.44±1.13)比(15.58±1.00),(8.53±0.62)比(7.79±0.65),(45.47±1.85)比(44.24±1.85),P<0.05;实验组认为能够提高学习兴趣,帮助理解理论知识,提高临床思维和分析问题能力,提高沟通能力的学员明显增多,分别为81.3%比54.5%,91.3%比57.6%,81.3%比57.6%,78.1%比51.5%,75%比51.5%,P<0.05。结论标准化病人模式提高了七年制学员问诊、查体等临床实践能力以及理论水平,是临床教学的有效手段。0bjecfive To investigate the efficacy of applying standardized patient in internal clinical practice teaching for seven-year-program medical students.Methods This study was based on the practical teaching of coronary heart disease.65 seven-year-program students were enrolled which included 33 grade 2010 students(control group) and 32 grade 2011 students(study group). Study group was conducted standardized patients mode,control group with traditional mode. Assessment was taken after the practical teaching. Results The score of interrogation, physical examination, case writing in the study group significantly increased compared to control group(P〈0.05).More study students found that SP teaching methods can increase the interest in learning,understand the theoretical knowledge; improve the ability to communicate with patients.Conclusions SP teaching methods could improve the efficacy in internal clinical practice teaching for seven-year-program medical students.
