摘  要:美国的社区学院实行州、区、校多级治理,引入第三方认证和社会力量监管,为美国地方发展培养了大量的职业人才。英国的继续教育学院则因制度健全、分工明确、权力监督、多方参与的优势,促进了职业教育的迅速腾飞。我国应借鉴英美国家职业教育的成功经验,通过政行企多元治理、推行董事会制度、完善内部及外部治理机制等途径,实现职业教育的可持续发展。With the implementation of multi-level governance at escalating levels of school, community and state, and the practice of introducing third party certification and social supervision, American community colleges have cultivated a profound quantity of professional talents for the development of the local communities. Schools of continuing education in the UK employ a comprehensive governance system, realize clear divisions of responsibilities, implement power supervision, and invite diversified parties from the society to participate in the school governance, which greatly provokes the rapid development of the British vocational education. With reference to the successful experience of both British and American vocational education, we should,based on the multi-governance from the government, enterprises and the industry authorities, push forward the managerial system of board of directors and improve both the internal and external governance mechanism, which may eternally realize the sustainable development of vocational education in our country.
